Dr Phillip Eloff is a meticulous and compassionate Specialist Vascular Surgeon based at Cintocare Hospital in Pretoria. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Pretoria in 2002. He then went on to do his Internship at 1 Military Hospital in Pretoria, where he also completed his Community Service in 2004. In 2008, Dr Eloff became a qualified General Surgeon at the University of Cape Town and worked at Groote Schuur Hospital.
With a keen interest and passion for vascular surgery, in 2009, Dr Eloff furthered his studies and qualified as a Vascular Surgeon from the University of Cape Town and Groote Schuur Hospital. In 2010, he also completed a Fellowship in Endovascular Surgery at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven Belgium.
Dr Eloff opened his private practice in Rustenburg in 2011 and has established the only Vascular unit in the North west Province. He moved his main practice to Pretoria in 2020 to establish a centre of excellence. He still offers satellite clinics in Rustenburg, Klerksdorp, and Mafikeng, providing precise vascular care. Since 2014, Dr Eloff has served as a Consultant Surgeon in the Vascular Unit at the Medical University of South Africa in Pretoria. Dr Eloff also regularly contributes to local and international congresses.
In his pastime he is an avid aviator and long distance runner.
